Classipress compatibility with wordpress MU

Hello,

i will need to use one copy of classipress ( only one ) in wordpress MU powered website. I use wordpress MU to manage my website, and i'm thinking to open a sub-site like classipress.myweb.com for offer classied ads service to my users.

Can i buy personal license or i need Unlimited license also in this case ?
