Limit characters, limit photos in free ad

Hey guys,

We have two simple ads packages - one free, one paid.

The free package - we want to limit to 3 photos, and we want to limit the number of characters in the description.

The paid package - we want a higher limit of photos, and we don't want to limit the description.

I've been searching around and haven't come up with solutions for either:
a/ limit photos by package
b/ description character limit

Any ideas much appreciated!
