Fire Starter vs Wordpress SEO by Yoast

I have just purchased the Fire Starter Plugin because I am currently installing and configuring Vantage and I wanted to have the best SEO for Vantage.

This being said, I currently have WordPress configured as multisites and as I had other sites (themes) already on my server before I installed Vantage, I had installed WordPress SEO by Yoast which is active.

So, once I will activate Fire Starter, should I deactivate WordPress SEO for my other themes and only use Fire Started for all of them OR I should only use Fire Started with Vantage and ignore WordPress SEO on Vantage event it is active ?

Thanks to guide me with the better way to make use of Fire Starter.
