    Received error while activating

    After successfully install of the plugin and clicked 'activate', I recieved the below error.

    Fatal error: require() [<a href='function.require'>function.require</a>]: Cannot redeclare class app_dashboard in /home/ikeumcom/public_html/ikeum.com/content/bi_jobs/wp-content/themes/jobroller/framework/load.php on line 34

    I manually deleted the plugin files to access the admin panel again. Please let me know how to solve this issue with activating the plugin.
