"Go" button not appearing after category selection

Hi all,

I've had this problem before with an earlier version of Classipress. When I updated to 3.3.3 it seemed to revert back to this old problem.
I've tried my many attempts at disabling plugins, reinstalling everything, and selecting "Yes" "no" and "When Empty" in the posting in parent category option.

Please more help, we solved it last time so I have high hopes to solve it again!
