Membership - data for a bank transfer

Good day for everyone

I have a serious problem very much. I didn't find advice like it on the forum to solve.
Payment for a bank transfer:
- after the purchase of the announcement in the panel of the user a link to information about the transfer and ID is being shown the transaction. OKAY.
- after the purchase of the membership nowhere it is possible to see this data. An email isn't coming there are no theses of the link to manner of payment (of at least ID of the transaction). Admittedly it is appearing for a moment after accepting the payment but then doesn't have connections with it.
You have some idea because according to me very serious oversight.
