Useless Support Contract classipress

i posted 3 inquires no one replied from two days i think you need improvement also for support inquires if we have problem in website our members are affecting we will wait week for your reply kindly find for us alternative way to contact directly if we are not getting reply from support team then 12 month support contract is baseless mywebsite still pending because of classipress support team... kindly do something we are suffering..
