User Login Issue

I know there are other threads here with the same or similar problem but I did not see a solution. I am running Wordpress 4.7.1 and classipress. I am NOT running any child theme and the only plugins I have are Yoast SEO and WP125
When ever a user tried to log in they get this message (below) I know it was mentioned that it could be because of "a plugin issue" but what plug in would that be?????? I'm only running two plugins mentioned earlier. Go Daddy says the login attempts are not set by them, and they cant help me. Can someone please help me? its for my site www.valenciacountyclassifieds.com
