First like the image, when I have created my project, I'm on the page to choose a plan. I choose that.

Second, after confirmation no possible to choose the payment (Paypal or bank transfer) and the amount of the order is all the time 0. Why?

Third the project is not online. It's on draft copy. I don't understand why yet.

Finally, when I want to edit the project I arrive on a page not found.

    Than you for your help
