Help to configure JobRoller top bar on main page

Hi guys,

i'm a newbie on this jobroller, after installing the WP following by the jobroller pluggine, i also uploaded my logo. After that i noticed that beside my logo there is this button "Latest Jobs" button, can anyone advice how i can configure this button or to another another 3 more buttons? i noticed that the demo version has 5 buttons --> "About", "Blog", "Contact", "Resource" and "FAQ" and it coincides with the top menu bar on the left side.

But when i see my page, i only see "latest Jobs" button and my top left hand corner has other options which is "Contact", "Blog" and "Terms and Conditions".

How can i configure the top left and top right menu ? and also the buttons on the right side of my logo?

i tried going to the Word press -> Appearance -> menus but seems that those options are not the one to configures these items.

please advice.
