    Support please help

    User is able to directly access attachments, images uploaded by another user

    1. User A can see attachments uploaded by user B by directly accessing the attachments url. However tickets are restricted. How to restrict users from accessing another users uploaded attachments and images???

    2. How to enable multi file upload in attach option??? For desktops its only allowing one upload attachment while creating the ticket.
