    Titles of tickets hidden from users

    Hello,
    When users log in, they can see the titles of all tickets. When they click on a ticket that is not theirs or assigned to them, they cannot see the details.
    How can I configure QC to block them from seeing the titles of the tickets created and assigned to other users?
