Structured Data Fields

We are looking to add several standard fields to our listings.

For example we would like to have standard fields for restaurants that would include: Hours of Operation, and Menu items. Rather than rely on the listing owners to format this type of information, we'd like to offer form fields that would hold and present this information in a consistent format for all off the listings.

Ideally these fields could also be used by visitors to filter listings...

Is this something we can do with the standard app or would this involve customer programming?
