Remove the budget from the project form

Hi there,

We are currently customizing the amazing hirebee theme to fit our needs.
For our application we don't want the user to type in a budget.

So we removed the part of the form where a user can enter the budget as well as the one where the budget is displayed.

However the template still checks if the budget is filled in and throws an error. Where can I remove this check?
Or can I make this field not required?
