    Does app have option for country

    Does app have option for country set to Mexico or do I have to add each state and city for Mexico?

    Hi, the default values for the state field are US states.If you need to include states from Mexico you will need to edit the form and fill in the values for the drop-down.You can also read/view this tutorial for setting custom fields and forms.
