Ads not showing up immediately after post

Dear all,
I have a question need to asked.
We have currently developed a website using classipress as here: http://cityrobinhood.com/
Everything going well and under maintainable... However we got one issue which need to bring up here and ask for help.

1- My client report that after they post the ads into the sub categories ( for example: Service, Properties )... The ads now show up immediately when they click on the tab service and properties ( ads will auto appear without approval from admin. )
He said sometimes it appear immediately, and sometimes it not... Then he must ctrl + f5 to see the adds... And it really affect the user experience when the post the ads and they see their ads not appear immediately...

May we have any solution on it ? after user post the ads, they click on the categories link and see the ad appear there without clicking ctrl + f5.
