    changing theme language does not work

    Hi , I am using classipress 3.1.6 I tried to make the Arabic language pack run, but It wont.

    I have the config.php changed in Arabic (ar) , also I uploaded ar.mo to theme folder but it still show English!
    I read this post in the forum

    but the problem still

    What am I doing wrong?
