Classipress theme installed and active but not coming up

So the Classipress theme was installed and activated on Wordpress hosted over at Bluehost. Wordpress will not switch over to the Classipress theme. When I follow the instructions

"Next you should change your WordPress permalinks away from the default value (i.e. http://localhost/blog/?p=123). Under the “Settings” sidebar menu, click on “Permalinks”. Note: This may have already be setup for you. Select the “Custom Structure” radio button and then enter one of our recommended custom structures /%postname%/ or /%post_id%/%postname%/as the value.

and try to click on the “Custom Structure” radio button it does not save.

So I do not even see the Classipress theme yet.
