    CP 3.3.1 To 3.4.1 No Longer Compatible with Gravity Forms.

    CP 3.3.1 To 3.4.1 No Longer Compatible with Gravity Forms.

    Issue: Using any version of WordPress 3.6.1 and higher, in any combination with CP 3.3.1 thru 3.4.1 will remove the search fields in the Forms Entries Panel. Making it impossible to search for any entries created by visitors.
    This has been tested using only the Gravity Forms Plugin and the parent theme CP and/or with a child theme. No such combination will resolve this issue. No other plugins are present during testing. Please fix. Provide PM link to have access to this test site. Thank you.
