Custom Fields, checkboxes being unmaked when a user edit an ad

Hello Dev Team and guys

I have a problem in my website, I have created a Form Layout for CARS. Because I want specific information about the car, for example: color, mileage, accessories and "features".

But, I found one problem. I have created a custom field called "features" and it type is checkboxes. And I have created like 10 features (10 checkboxes).

When the user post an ad, the user select the checkboxes without any problem.
But when a user edit the ad, sometimes some of the checkboxes are unmarked or all checkbox are unmarked.

And it is causing me a lot of troubles, because, my website is for "stores" and that sell cars, and each "store" have more than 10 cars for example... and if anytime that the user will change the the PRICE of the car and all the features that was already site will be unmarked it will cause problems, big problems...

Register a user, and try to post an ad, selec the categorie CARROS and than select any sub-categorie just for test.
Mark some checkboxes and post the ad, then try to edit it and you will see the problem.

*** When I try to edit the ads using my admin account, I have the same problem.
