email / messaging issues
Hello, I am having issues the with the listing contact forms and users are also not receiving their "new user email" which has their login information. I am not receiving any test messages from either one of them. I do however receive emails / messages when testing the "contact us' on the home page and when users join and list an item for sale as an admin. This issue is not a hosting issue as I've called my host support and had them check on their end, everything seems to be in proper working order. I have also read on this forum that multiple users are having this issue. I have installed the
WP-mail-SMTP plugin which is supposed to correct the issue but the listing contact form and users "new user email" still does not work. Testing the plugin the test come back positive as working. Can someone please help find me a solution.
