Image upload / system "hang" problem
Been slightly worrying about the problem with image upload.
Sometimes if you add an image that the system doesn't like, it seems to accept it but the screen goes blank after the T&Cs screen
It slightly then leaves the user in the lurch, not knowing if their ad has been submitted or not. (prompting them to attempt again and again).
Meanwhile no email comes through telling me there is a new ad, and when I go into backstage, often have 3 or 4 variations of the same ad, all containing the same troublesome picture.
When I change the size of the pic, and re-upload, all seems fine (although if poster has submitted good pics WITH with the dodgy one, the good ones seem to get lost, and never makes it to admin section)

It seems to be manageable at the moment - just! However I think thats because ads are FREE for now, so people aren't complaining too much! But i'm worried that when people start paying, when they have any trouble like this they will just walk away from it and go elsewhere - or just never come back!
I also looked into photo size - we have set pics max size is 4MB. However when i tried with pic sized 1.59MB in jpeg format it wasn't accepted and caused problems above.
Any ideas?
