    Install Problems on ClassiPress 3.5.1

    I have installed v 3.5.1, ClassiPress 3 times and get the same results. As suggested in other posts I have set Permalinks to Post Name.
    Problems:
    Post An Ad Button is linked to index page. The Demo opens the "Submit Your Listing Page". My installation does not.
    There is not a "Submit Your Listing Page" anywhere
    There are no forms on Forms Page under Ads
    The only Page is the WP Sample Page
