Validation in listing form

When submit a listing how do I make all feild required?

There is somthing wrong with validation in the listing form:

Lets take a look at the field Zip/Postal Code:

1. In cp panel enter Custom Fields
2. Edit Zip/Postal Code
3. Define the minimum number of characters required for this field as 4

Go to your site and submit a listing leave Zip/Postal Code field blank - enter submit - UPS - no validatintion

Try to enter one letter in this field and you got this - Please enter at least 4 characters.

Using Classipress 3.3.3 downloaded yesterday.
