Admin users capabilities difference

I installed Clipper Theme and child theme Coups， but the only first admin user account can edit anything in the theme. While the other admin user account which is created later have some limit on the capabilities, for example 2nd admin account user can not upload image into store page.

I compare the two admin accounts. Under users account, the first admin user obviously have more capabilities (items) than the 2nd admin account. Can you advice how we can set them the same?
