    Page not found showing in title of Profile and Projects

    Hi there, using V1.3 and when on the profile page I get a page title of "Page Not found" even though the page does show. Happens on the project pages also. I have saved the permalinks again just incase and still it shows a page title of "Page Not Found".

    Attached is what I see in the page title on alot of pages.

    Any help much appreciated here. Thanks in advance
