    Erroneous time setting is required to get the correct local timing.

    It is well known fact that UTC+05:30 is an identifier for a time offset from UTC of +05:30. This time is used in India. However to get the correct local time of India it is required to set UTC of -7. Could you explain the reason behind the same. It is causing lot of inconvenience to users of this website. please
