    main page and listing amount

    1. I want to create a main page.

    the menu is "jobs", "resumes".... etc
    but I need to have my own main page. and I will have a jobs page.
    Where I should fix? any instruction?

    2. the listing is 10 jobs on each pages. I want to have more than 10 listings. like 20 jobs.
    which file I need to fix?

    Any advice?
    Any developers advice?
