Suddenly unable to repost & reattached
We have been using your Quality Control since the day it was launched.
It works wonder for us
Till today, suddenly we are unable to attached after the first post on each ticket (Means create ticket can attached doc but after then are unable to attached a file
A) After attached a file we submit >
http://xxx.com/wp-comments-post.php
and page show as below :
Sorry, the page you are looking for could not be located.
b) Posting second post on a created ticket - at time the same issue as (A) will happens - then at times it wont
Could it be the latest wordpress update caused all this??
