Bug occured for first time

Hi,

we have been using the Vantage Directory Theme for 10 month. So far, we are satisfied. Suddenly, a bug occured last week for the first time and we have no idea how to fix it.

When people add new entries, fill out the form, and push the blue button "next step" than there is an error message: "Sorry page not found. The page or listing you are trying to reach no longer exists or has expired." At the same time, the entry was successfully accepted and can be published. So, this are the pages:

It is curios. We didn´t change anything on the webpage except that we updated to the newest wordpress version 4.4.2. We still use Vantage version 3.0 und didn´t update to the newest version, since we invested a huge effort in translations and customisation which we don´t want to loose and repeat.
