Can no longer create new listing... getting error "No category was submitted"

I can no longer create/edit new listing... no idea what happen ! Always getting the message "No category was submitted"

I am running Vantage 1.3.3
On WPMU 3.9.2

So far, I have tried the following without success
1) Disabled all plugins
2) Cleared the cache
3) Used Vantage theme rather than my vantage-child
4) Re-installed Vantage 1.3.3
5) Re-create a new Test Environment

Nothing is working.

I am also seeing the following error at the top of the screen.
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/lerim293/public_html/wp-content/themes/vantage/includes/listing-form.php on line 488

What else can I do... please HELP.
