Google maps shows (header/single event) only with customize theme menu

Hi,
I hope, you will resolve this problem, cause I am on the end of the road.
Its about google maps widgets showing/not showing on header or in sidebar of single event.
I am not skilled about using Google API.

1.
I have already put API in settings, installed Vantage theme on local host too, working perfectly. It shows header map and single event too.

I have reinstalled this couple times, searched for some help on apptheme forum, I know about some Google API daily quotas, but I didnt find any exact help.
...even whole WP system was reinstalled, theme of course, didnt run any plugins – this is just just first look of install of theme.

3.... but after this...
If I run customize theme in admin – it works and I can see map on header and in event too. Directions works fine etc.
