    How do I make a compaint about lack of response on support issue?

    I have been trying to get a support answer for a vantage issue I raised for about six weeks now. I have sent emails to the support and jobthemes with little response as well.
    My freelancer has also tried emailing you with no reply.
    Your awesome support for a purchased product does not appear to be holding much water.

    How do I make a formal complaint?
