    On Recurring Payment, the Paypal form is different and the Tax is not added... why?

    Hi,
    I just found a nasty issue with my Vantage installation and I hope that someone else have seen this issue and have a solution... otherwise, it will be really strange that I would be the only one with this issue.
    Here it is...
    I have just enabled the "Recurring Payments Option" and when a user select the option "Automatically charge my account to renew my listing", the Paypal form that is loaded when redirected to Paypal looks different and the Tax is not automatically added by Paypal (based on the user mail address) !

    If this option is not selected, the Paypal form is the standard form and the Tax is added automatically... no issue.

    Any idea why it is working as is and what need to be fixed in the code (or in Paypal) to activate this feature properly ?

    I am using Vantage 1.3.3 on WP 4.1
