    Now that Site is up, how to get ads on it? Backfill or import?

    Now that the site is up, how can a person get ads on there to bait other people to use it. If you launch a new site, and people come look at it and there are no ads, nobody will post. So, how can a person get some bait ads or filler ads, whatever you want to call it to look like the site is up and running and people are actually using it? Anybody got some ideas?
