WPML Translations

Hi,

I bought and installed WPML and the relevant files from this websites.

I've managed to get it to translate menus, pages, etc. And it all seems good. However, I notice that the ads disappear when I go between languages. I see that I have to manually create the ads? Or is there a way that it will list the same ads regardless of the language chosen or do I really have to go into each add and create a translated version. If this is true, then it is unworkable because what if I was getting 100 or even 1000 new ads per day?

Please advise.
