    Email received to activate account sends the user to the Change password page

    I have the "Appthemes confirm email " plugin and it was working fine, but after some point, the link in the email that the user receives to activate the account, redirects him to the change password page. As the user is not active, he cannot proceed and it's stuck in that cycle.

    This is very estrange, as I have the same plugin in Test environment with the same website, and the plugin works just fine.

    I have compared the code of the plugin in both environments and it's identical.

    what can be the problem?
