few issues with clasipress 4.0.0

Good Day,

I recently upgraded to clasipress 4.0.0 and am experiencing a few issues after the upgrade. Please find the details below:

1. my search bar is not working due to location tab. I want to remove the location from search completely, may please tell me how to do that?

2. users can't upload their profile photos or header cover images, is this a feature of clasipress?

3. after the upgrade my google maps is not working completely. when i go to an ad it just shows the globe and not specific location of where ad was posted.

4. i am not getting e-mail notifications when a new user signs up, this problem has carried over from clasipress 3.6.1.

5. when a user signs up the e-mail format sent to them removes all the spaces between lines.

so if I had set cutom sign up e-mail like this:


Hi New User,

Thanks for signing up.

Yours truly,

Example Team



It will show like this:


Hi New User, Thanks for signing up. Yours truly, Example Team


It used to show properly but it changed recently, and I have no clue why.



Am not sure if I should create different threads for each? Please notify me if I should do so.
