    How to configure Featured Ads differently

    I am having trouble with the Featured Ads section. Either nothing shows up at all, it shows up on a computer but not on mobile, only one ad will appear even if I specify three, etc. It's just nutty.

    Can I have a "normal" section for Featured Ads instead of the slider? Like the way the Latest ads appear? I still want Featured ads, I just need them to display in a more dependable way. Everything else seems to be working fine both on mobile and computer.
