Bulk Import Categories, Subcategories and their Descriptions

Dear Apptheme team/users,

After some research online I got to the conclusion that with the Appthemes Importer:

1. We cannot upload description of categories with it
2. Does not know how to differentiate between categories and subcategories.

Is what I said true?

I have around 3000 categories to import that are up to 3 levels (Category, Subcategory and SubSubcategory).

Do you know any CSV category importer I could use? There are some out there but I did not find any of Custom Post Type Category Importer that is what we need for Vantage.
