    Make Create listing page visible before login

    I am facing a peculiar problem. Users would like to see the pricing structure (plans) before they decide to register.
    At the moment the pricing page (create-listing page) is only visible to logged-in users. Ideally it should be visible to non-logged-in users too so that they can see the various pricing plans and if they wish to proceed further then only registration should be required. Is there any solution ? How are you guys managing this ?
