Vantage pages (Categories, Create Listing, Blog) do not open

WP 3.9.1 and Vantage 1.3.2 installed in a subdirectory (plan to use a subdirectory for each city). Followed instructions in Setting-up and Configuring Vantage. There are no plugins enabled. Whenever a page (Categories, Create Listing, Blog) or a listing itself is selected, it opens the "not found" page from TLD install. The permalinks appear to be working correctly.
