[Feature Request] Editable Permalink from Front End

I have a client that wants his directory listers to be able to create their own permalink from the front end when they create their listing. He wants it somewhere under the title. It would be great if when they typed their listing title the permanlink would appear (and could be edited) by the lister.

Any functionality like that or a marketplace or custom plugin would be really cool
