recommendation:

include a button (optional?) at the bottom of the page to scroll back up to the top

this is handy especially when the listing for each freelancer is displayed in full - you have to scroll alot

another way to counter this - would be handy to have just 20-25 words of each listing showed and a "read more" link - i have raised another post thread for this recommendation
