    Transfer money error, need help urgent!

    hi,
    I get this message every time a the employer tries to transfer the money to the freelancer. I am using PayPal as a gateway. There is no problem when the freelancer tries to buy a credit, the page will automatically be redirected to PayPal page. I have a conditionally approval from PayPal.
    Please, any solution to this issue?
