I would like the type of skills field

Please, look at these two images :

2- Modifier le Profil - ALLKERS 2016-04-23 23-48-12.jpg

I would like the skills field (in 1-) is the same in the (picture 2-). I do not want the check box of (picture 2- ).
The picture (2-) is in the file edit-profile.php But I do not know how I can change the code.

Anyone have an example of code or script to solve my problem?
