Coupons not imported from Rakuten

Hello,
I'm opening a new thread since I got no reply to the messages I posted a few days ago.
I have installed the Rakuten plugin, but I can't import anything.

Api connection works (when I click on "Test API access" I get "Your Rakuten LinkShare API credits are valid.").
I subscribed to "coupons" and "advertisers search" on developers.rakutenmarketing.com
'Create Stores' and 'Create Categories' options are checked.

I am affiliated with 81 Rakuten Linkshare merchants.
After clicking on "test API", in the "Stores Relations", I can see 55 stores iin the list, but no one gets created as a store in the site.

When I click on "Import coupons now" I always get "Rakuten LinkShare: 0 coupons have been imported."

Can you please help me to make this plugin work (create stores and categories and import coupons)?
