    Adding text to the login message

    When a new user wants to add content, they are sent to a log-in screen:

    wp-login.php?redirect_to=%2Fadd-new%2F

    How (where?) do I add additional text for that screen. It needs a bigger callout to "register" if you are a first time advertiser
