    Membership Packages don't exist!!

    They are working to correct the problem by purchasing membership packages? There is simply no notice or record of the purchase, and this is absurd! How do you put such a feature that does not generate any warning when it is purchased by a customer?
    I await an urgent response on this matter, for I am with the theme installed 3.1.5 and still does not work.
