    Users must fill out name and email despite option set to off in WP

    WP 5.3.2
    CP 3.6.3
    Childtheme: ClassiPost

    WP Admin/Settings/Discussion:
    Comment author must fill out name and email = Unchecked
    Users must be registered and logged in to comment = Unchecked

    Yet on the front end, users are required to enter their Name email and website.

    I'm not sure if this is related to CP or the Childtheme or some changes in WP 5.3.2, can someone confirm if they have similar settings and experience the same issue?
